Below we present the record of meetings the Managers held during 1892.  There were only two meetings recorded both dealing with routine matters.

May 14th 1892
A Meeting of Managers was held at the schools at the above date.
Present            The Vicar
                       Messrs Ingham Baker, Murch – and Edwin Ewer

1.  The gravelling of school yard was ordered to be done immediately

2.  It was decided to remove the present W. C. (water closet) at back of School fence – do away with Cess pool -  make good the wall – and erect a new Earth Closet – the work to be contracted for by Cox Brothers – and Messrs Gallop and Moore.

September 20th 1892
A Meeting of Managers was held at the schools
Present            The Vicar (in the Chair)
                       Messrs Edwin Ewer, Murch, Jackson and Taylor

The Chairman read the Report of H.M. Inspector after the Annual Examination in June last.

He also reported that John Weller had ceased to act as Monitor in the School and the Managers were willing that Sarah Ellen Allday should be appointed as Monitress for a time on trial prior to any engagement being entered into with her as Pupil Teacher – It was also agreed that Gertrude Churchill should continue to act as monitress.
