1984 ~ Derbyshire

A new venue, the Peak District, was chosen for the 4th Year summer
residential school journey between the 11th and the 18th June.
Mr Rutter and Miss Crawshaw were the teachers and they
and three parents supervised the party of 48 children,
there being no French trip that year.

There were trips to Haddon Hall ....

Bakewell... including a picnic on a warm summer's day beside the river ....

... and the stone circle at Arbor Low

 ... complete with stray foal
looking for its mother!
